Christ in You!
Let others see the Christ in you! This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine! Remember your childhood days and that song would be sung by the children during a Sunday morning worship. Back then I never really thought about what it meant but now I seem to think about it a lot. Let others see Jesus in you/me. Let your light shine for Jesus. Light overpowers darkness. Being happy, joyful, and obedient to God and his calling gives off a light that no one - not even you can turn down or turn off. Taking time to be with God at any time day or night is the best place to find strength and build your light for all the world to see. I read a devotion the other day and part of it said this: "Peter and John had persistence in preaching the gospel. The dynamic duo preached short sermon that struck the religious leaders to the core. When the leaders saw the courage of Peter and John and realized they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and took notice that these men had been with Jesus. These leaders were mystified at how these scrappy saw toothed misfits could talk so eloquently. They then had an aw-ha moment. They realized these men had been with Jesus. That's what I want the world to say about me. When the world questions how do I do what I do. They will say "Oh I get it.... She's been with Jesus.
HE PUTS THE LIGHT IN ME! so, This Little Light of Mine, I'm Gonna Let It Shine!
